PassMint privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-20

PassMint is made by Andreas Farmakis. It does not collect, store or share any personal data.

What the app stores. The loyalty cards you add — their name, barcode, logo, colours, optional member name, note and places — are stored only on your iPhone and in your iPhone backup (including iCloud Backup if you use it). Passes you add to Apple Wallet are stored by Wallet on your device.

What leaves your device. Nothing is sent to us; PassMint has no servers, no account and no analytics. Two features contact third parties on your behalf, only when you use them:

Permissions. Camera (to scan barcodes and photograph cards) and Photo Library (to pick a picture) are requested only when you use those features and can be revoked in Settings.

Apple Wallet. Passes are signed on your device with our developer certificate so that Wallet accepts them. No pass data is uploaded anywhere.

Children. PassMint is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date.
